Purchase terms

US$70 lifetime access and existing plans

• Existing monthly plans — £19/month: 12 audits per paid billing period. Renews monthly until you cancel renewal.
• Existing audit packs — £29 once: 12 audit credits with no expiry. No recurring charge. Saved reports remain available after the credits are used.
• Lifetime — US$70 once: 6 audits per calendar month (UTC) for the operating lifetime of Signaldesk. No automatic renewal. Unused monthly audits do not roll over. Existing £99 lifetime purchases keep their original access and allowance. This covers the current plan and does not include future separately priced services, unlimited usage or a promise that the service will operate indefinitely.

Every option supports up to three websites and a crawl sample of up to 20 pages per audit. Failed crawls return their audit credit. Verification of your own email and payment is required. A purchase cannot be transferred to another account.

If you have more than one type of allowance, monthly subscription audits are used first, then lifetime audits, then purchased credits. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription: cancel monthly renewal before buying lifetime access. The remainder of your paid month stays available.

Included features

Website audits, evidence review, grouped repair plans, saved reports, findings exports, CSV imports, content briefs, saved drafts and approval controls are included. Managed SEO, website edits, automated article writing, direct publishing, market-wide keyword data and unattended performance monitoring are excluded.

Accounts and permitted use

Use an email address you control. Never share verification codes. Add websites you own or are authorised to assess. Do not bypass limits, interfere with websites or submit unlawful content. Review automated findings before acting on them or delivering them to clients.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel monthly renewal from the billing page without contacting us. The monthly allowance remains available until the end of the paid period. One-off purchases do not renew. The price, charge frequency and usage allowance are shown before payment. Contact support for billing errors, accidental duplicate charges or refund requests. A full refund or disputed payment can revoke the associated allowance. Statutory rights and remedies are unaffected.

Results and availability

Audit scores reflect detected signals in sampled pages. Rankings, traffic, AI citations, enquiries and revenue are not guaranteed. Some websites block crawling or use content the crawler cannot inspect. Keep downloaded copies of materials you need.
